Yes - Nefesh b’Nefesh does provide incredible help to olim and they are an excellent source of information. However, there are thousands of applicants and it is simply just not possible to provide high level hands-on support needed for each individual. How do i know what sercvies I need?

This decision requires considering many different factors and so the answer varies for everyone.  One must take into account the support that they have both in their country of origin and in Israel, number and ages of family members moving with them, the amount of free time they have in their daily lives, their knowledge of Hebrew and the Israeli system, and their value for quality of life.  Health and mobility factors should be considered as well. Each of these factors will add another layer of consideration when deciding which package is right for you. Isn’t it better to choose a per hour rate vs. a plan as then I pay as needed?

Everyone should make the decision they feel most comfortable with.  However, the per hour rate is higher than plan rates, so if you or Prime Aliyah  staff think you will need more than a few hours, choosing a plan may be the correct decision.  It also allows you the flexibility to use Prime Aliyah services for challenges you may not have foreseen.  However, if the needs are minimal, choosing a per hour rate may be more economically efficient. It is our commitment to provide you with a plan that works best for you.

Am I the right candidate for this type of assistance?

People can only benefit from making Aliyah with an advocate who understands and cares about their needs and wants and also understands the Israeli system.  Aliyah comes with challenges.  Whether those challenges are due to your age, health, the need to settle your children and/or family in a new country with a new culture, starting a new job, or due to lack of knowledge of the language, Israeli systems and mentality, and experience, personal assistance will help make your Aliyah experience a positive one that you will look back on fondly.

At which point of the Aliyah process should I sign up?  I do not want to run out of time.

This choice may be based on quality of life factors and financial considerations. Having an advocate from the onset allows one to limit frustrations and errors, and ensures the process is the most enjoyable and fulfilling. If that cannot be done, signing up at any point in the Aliyah process increases the ease of the process from that moment forward. Allowing Prime Aliyah staff to lead the process will ensure it is carried out in the timeliest fashion possible.
